Today marks an exciting step forward for Veeam and our customers, as Veeam Vault joins our all-new unified OneUI, alongside our Veeam Data Cloud workloads for Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Salesforce, and more. This integration brings our fully managed and pre-secured cloud storage solution front and center, making it even easier for organizations to protect, manage, and recover their most critical data all from a single interface.
One Interface for Your Data Protection Needs
Access the OneUI from the comfort of your web browser and immediately gain visibility into your data protection across Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, and Salesforce – now additionally with Veeam Vault. No need to juggle between tabs and applications or enrolling yourself into a long onboarding or training whenever your organization needs to support additional workloads. Our holistic approach ensures greater efficiency, enhanced security, and confidence that your data is protected everywhere it lives.

Navigating to Veeam Vault from the homepage or on the left sidebar, you’ll immediately be greeted with visibility into your existing subscriptions and onboarded tenants. You can organize your Vaults into one or more tenants and granularly assign operator role access per-tenant. You can then see your utilization across tenants, as well as the respective storage regions for each subscription. You can access additional management of your vaults, seeing their utilization over time or delineating between primary and secondary backups. If you’d like to add new tenants, you can freely do this directly from this interface as well – as seen in the image below.

Already Using Veeam Vault? No Action Required!
All current Veeam Vault users will be seamlessly migrated to the new OneUI experience—no action required on your part. Whether you already have organizations set up with Entra ID or Salesforce, your transition will be automatic and uninterrupted. If you attempt to access the previous environment, you’ll receive a clear notification letting you know that your account has moved to the new interface. Your data and configurations remain intact, ensuring a smooth and effortless upgrade to the enhanced OneUI platform.
Not Using Veeam Vault Yet? What Are You Waiting For?
Data is the lifeblood of any organization, and ensuring your data is resilient to any disruption is critical. Although many organizations strive to adhere to the 3-2-1-1-0 best practice (three copies of data, stored on two different media types, with at least one copy offsite, one copy offline or immutable, and zero errors during recovery tests), they often underestimate the importance of having a secure, offsite backup. With cyberattacks rising in frequency and complexity, along with the continued threat of human errors or natural disasters, having an offsite copy to call on is becoming more and more paramount.
Cloud storage is a viable solution for most organizations, but it brings its own set of complexities. Recent surveys (Flexera, 2025 State of the Cloud Report) reveal that organizations’ top cloud storage concerns include:
- 77% of organizations have difficulty designing secure cloud storage architectures.
- 75% of organizations lack the in-house expertise and resources to properly implement and manage cloud storage.
- 84% of organizations are frustrated by unpredictable cloud pricing, which often results in bill shock and inefficient budget utilization.
Meet Veeam Data Cloud Vault, a fully managed, pre-secured cloud storage resource for securing your data offsite that eliminates the headaches of managing infrastructure and unpredictable cloud cost models. Veeam Vault is always immutable, encrypted, and logically air-gapped from your production data – out of the box. With flat, per-TB pricing inclusive of storage, API calls, and egress, you can say goodbye to bill shock.
Just let us know how much you need, and we’ll handle the rest so you’re always ready for rapid disaster-recovery.
